Chapter 1:
Energetic Intelligence

When we begin mastering the self it is a whole body, full being process. There isn’t only mental awareness, we must reconnect with our innate body intelligence.


Old stories, traumas, and limiting beliefs block up our energetic system by lodging themselves in our fascia. The fascia communicates directly with our vagus nerve and drives our primal response patterns, not only emotionally but also physically.

Chapter 2: Emotional Athleticism

We are not meant to be in a constant state of survival, we are meant to thrive and enjoy life with open hearts.  But many of us prioritize physical athleticism and turn a blind eye to emotional athleticism. This is how blocks in our fascia and our nervous system develop, limiting our energetic potential.

 

We become emotionally rigid, unyielding, inflexible and disconnected.  We can continue to function, the same way we can limp with a sprained ankle, but when we develop emotional mastery, we experience an emotion without allowing it to influence our actions.
